This privacy policy governs your use of the software Application I Have Voice (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Viktor Malyi (“Developer”).

User Provided Information

The Application doesn’t allow to enter any personal user information and thus doesn’t collect personal user information or any information allowing to identify that it relates to a specific user.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain non-sensitive information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system, relevant non-sensitive system information in case of Application crash and information available through TrueDepth Camera API. Additionally, the Application collects statistics on actions usage as well as the currently choosen action selection smode. None of the information items from above allow to personally identify the user.

Usage of Automatically Collected Information

Automatically collected information described in the section above is used for analyzing usage patterns of the Application (the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system, relevant non-sensitive system information in case of Application crash, actions usage statistics, action selection mode).

The information collected through TrueDepth Camera API will be solely used for tracking user’s eyes position to enable the ability for the user to control the app with their eyes. Additionally, such information may be used to estimate whether the user’s gaze directed to the iPhone’s screen or not to ensure the optimal user experience. The processing of information collected through TrueDepth Camera API will be performed exclusively on the device. This information will never leave the device or transferred to the other party.

Disclosure of Collected Information

The developer may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
  • when Developer believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information Developer disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
  • if Developer is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

The developer will not disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information for any kind of clinical research without prior explicit consent from the user.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile Application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

The developer will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at info@ihavevoice.app and Developer will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

The information collected through TrueDepth Camera API will not be retained or stored in any form except for processing in real time on the device.

Security

If leaves the user device, the User Provided and Automatically Collected Information will be encypted prior to be transported to any external service.

External services user to process the User Provided and Automatically Collected Information are certified for secure storage of both sensitive and non-sensitive user information.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in Germany. If you reside outside Germany your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Germany privacy standards.
